THE TEMPLE OF POSEIDON

Poseidon, the god of seas and rivers, was highly worshiped and feared by the ancient greeks. The magnificent location of Poseidon’s Temple built around 440 BC is a living testament of the love Greeks had for him as well as their need for his blessings. Villa Eve is only 10 km away offering a unique opportunity to visit the temple and combine the majestic scenery with your imagination for an everlasting memory.

Guest access

A transfer to/from the airport or port can be arranged at an extra cost. Guests will be met at the apartment to proceed with the check in. The Villas managers are available 24-7, for any assistance required

Other things to note

Villa Eve is located at the housing developments of Palaia Fokaia, on Cape Sounio.

The housing complex is full of luxurious villas creating an elegant atmosphere, whilst a few kilometres away there are ATMs, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. The closest beach is a 5 minute drive away offering numerous activities such as scuba diving, water-skiing, parasailing, jet ski and banana-boat riding.

The neighborhood

The Athenian Riviera is full of restaurants, bars and clubs right along the coast, offering romantic escapes for dinner, as well as “until the sunrise nights’ entertainment” for the brave. All these choices are available for each visitor and Bill and John are ready to suggest and guide you through your wants and needs.

Transportation

The most recommendable way to get to and from the villa is by car. After agreement we are willing to transfer you from the airport to the villa. 150 m from the house there is a bus stop which runs from Athens to Sounio.
